Handloom Weaves
Our pure cotton handloom fabrics are woven on pit looms in villages like Baragaon in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, using yarns ranging from 40s to 60s. Slub and embellished yarns create varied textures in simple weaves, dyed with eco-friendly Azo-free colours. Building on this tradition, we have expanded into a diverse range of products, from yardage to wearable accessories and garments. Once echoing with hundreds of looms, these villages now have only a few, as many weavers have moved to unskilled city jobs. Through our efforts, we are helping revive the craft by encouraging more looms and supporting families to return to weaving.
